Гарантийное обслуживание 12 вольтовой батареи! Не глушился и не заводился автомобиль с кнопки. Через ААА сделал запрос на помощь, приехал специалист с внешней батареей, но запуск двигателя не удалось произвести, вызвал эвакуатор, привезли в first Kia, там провели диагностику и зарядку батареи 12 вольтовой! В пятницу отдал авто во вторник забрал. На время устранения причин неисправности дали подменный автомобиль. Потрачено с моей стороны 0$, спасибо сервисменам - профессиональные и вежливые ребята!

I've been taking my car to First Kia approximately five years now and they have always been professional, courteous, and transparent with issues that arise. The staff is so helpful and friendly, yet all business, but with a smile. 🙂 Sang has helped me multiple times and he's seriously the BEST!!! Always let's me know what's happening, how long things will take, and if it's expensive he gives me great advice on what is top priority instead of trying to force me into something that I can't afford. Or, works with me and discusses my options without making me feel like the money-challenged person 😅 I can be. I recently moved farther away but I still make the drive to First Kia because it's worth it. Thanks so much First Kia for being so awesome!!! Brian is so awesome!! He is so patient and understanding with my concerns regarding my 2010 Kia Rio. I love my little car and I try to take good care of it and Brian is always there for me. Edwin is an awesome mechanic as well!!! I've taken my Kia to First Kia in Simi Valley for 15 years and never had any complaints.

I wasn't even planning on purchasing a car when I stopped in, but they were so nice and low pressure that I didn't feel like I needed to look any further. Eric Menses was a fantastic salesman and took his time with zero pressure. I recommend this dealership for sure.
